Our Bronze Management Contract annual fee is 250 Euro IVA included

The Bronze Management package includes Key Holding only.

Key Holding, we will hold the keys to your property and upon request make them available to visiting guests or tradesmen.

Waiting for tradesmen or deliveries our Call out service 30 Euros per visit plus 10 Euros an hour will be charged after the first 30 minutes.

Should the owner arrange for any maintenance work directly with contractors and wish us to provide keys, then we must have written authorization to do so and cannot then be deemed to have responsibility for the property or its contents.

It’s the owner’s responsibility to make sure that the property and its contents are properly insured against any damage or theft.
