The Gold Management package includes Your own personal web page a with unique address including hosting for one year, designed by one of our team, advertising your property on our web sites plus other top holiday rental sites. Meet and Greet, Key holding which includes regular property inspections.
One of our main selling points is that we have been to every property. Therefore, before we place the property on our website, we will visit each property, take our own photos and do our own write-up. We will, therefore, need to gain access to the villa when it is not occupied by guests. We can either visit your properties alone or accompanied by you – whichever you prefer. We do not charge you anything for visiting the property or to add your property to the website.

Key Holding, we will hold the keys to your property and upon request make them available to visiting guests or tradesmen. We can also arrange for one of our team to be at the property to meet visitors or tradesmen. Waiting for tradesmen or deliveries our Call out service 35 Euros per visit plus 10 Euros an hour will be charged after the first 30 minutes.
Premier Villas Property Management can only take responsibility for the property or any of its contents when we are sole key holders.
Should the owner arrange for any maintenance work direct with contractors and wish us to provide keys, then we must have written authorisation to do so and cannot then be deemed to have responsibility for the property or its contents. Its the owners responsibility to make sure that the property and its contents are properly insured against any damage or theft.
Mail Box will be checked and any important mail will be dealt with. A monthly report will be sent to you by e-mail, Minor problems will be reported by e-mail, all major problems will immediately be reported by telephone. We can arrange for tradesmen to attend your property as required.

Gold Management Contract – Bookings and Lettings Handled By Premier Villas – Contract
Handling enquiries from clients. Vetting clients to make sure they are suitable. Handling client complaints. Keeping booking calendars and availability charts. Keep spreadsheet records of all your rentals. Managing all bookings, taking deposits and payments and banking them for our owners, holding damage deposits and making relevant deductions if any damages. (A full property check will be made before releasing the damage deposits back to the clients).
Issuing clients with booking conditions, directions and arrival instructions. Maintaining telephone or email contact with the clients from the first enquiry until they leave for Spain. Provide details on how everything works, where to dispose of rubbish, informing them of house rules and giving information on local restaurants, local attractions etc. All administrative tasks pertaining to the above. Our number will be left with the guests in case of emergency and they will be able to contact us at any time.
The cost of this service is 20% of the weekly rental charge.
The 20% fees are deducted from the initial booking deposit and the balance is sent direct to the owners.
Whilst many property management companies restrict the amount of weeks that are available for your own personal use or family and friends, there are NO restriction on the amount of weeks you can take for your own use or family and friends.
With regards to your own bookings, or require changeovers for your family or friends, these will be charged according to our Pay as you go changeover clean. We will be available to supply keys to yourselves and your guests if they should be lost.
However, private bookings taken from 3rd parties i.e. site’s you pay to receive bookings which are not for your own Personal Use or family and friends. There is a 10% surcharge of the rental plus cleaning and meet & greet Fees during JAN to MAY and OCT to DEC. During Peak Season JUNE to end of SEPTEMBER. If you wish to take your own bookings for this time we would require 20% Surcharge of the rental plus cleaning and meet & greet Fees. And all these bookings must abide by our check in and checkout times
Guests will be charged 50 Euros plus Call out Fee for any replacement keys needed. We will act as the emergency contact for your guests at no extra charge.
Clients Own Bookings
1 Bedroom From 75 Euro per clean.
2 Bedroom From 90 Euro per clean.
3 Bedroom From 110 Euro per clean.
4 Bedroom From 130 Euro per clean.
5 Bedroom From 160 Euro per clean.
This includes laundry costs for all bedding and towels
PLEASE NOTE IVA has to been added to the price for Property Cleans.
We undertake to carry out the service in a professional manner.
We will visit the property after each letting, giving it a thorough clean before the next clients arrive.
(Owners should provide at least 2, preferably 3, sets of bedding and towels to allow for any accidents by guests and for same day changeovers). Any damage will be recorded on digital camera, whereby images can be emailed to the owner.
