Premier Villas
Property Management can only take responsibility for the
property or any of its contents when we are sole key holders.
Should the owner arrange for any maintenance work direct with
contractors and wish us to provide keys, then we must have
written authorisation to do so and cannot then be deemed to have
responsibility for the property or its contents. Its the owners
responsibility to make sure that the property and its contents
are properly insured against any damage or theft.

The fees charged
by us are easily recouped by regular Letting and it is our
intention to make sure that each booking goes as smoothly as
possible, resulting in guests that wish to re-book the following
year, and recommend your property to others - Word of mouth
advertising is probably about the best you can get!. We can
provide a tailored service to suit any individual homeowner, and
the Services we offer are numerous. We can offer standard
packages with a set price, as well as many 'optional extras' but
if you do not see exactly what you are looking for, please do

We will supervise
moving in, organise builders, pools or furnishings or any other
service in regard to a newly purchased property. What price
would you put on the security and maintenance of your Spanish
investment? A property that is obviously visited regularly is
less likely to be targeted for burglary!!! Your recommendation
is our next income, so your home is as important to us as it is
to you.
Bookings and
Lettings Management Contract
This contract is ideal for people who do not have the time to
deal directly with their customers. It can be hard, time
consuming work and it is important to be aware of the possible
headaches it can involve. It is important to respond quickly to
rental enquiries and our booking agency can be contacted at all
times. If you are not 'on hand' it can be extremely beneficial
to employ Premier Villas to take good care of both your property
management and your guests
Our job will involve - Dealing with enquiries from your clients.
Vetting clients to make sure they are suitable. Handling client
complaints. Keeping booking calendars and availability charts.
Keep spreadsheet records of all your rentals. Managing all
bookings, taking deposits and payments and banking them for our
owners, holding damage deposits and making relevant deductions
if any damages. (A full property check will be made before
releasing the damage deposits back to your clients) Our
commission will be deducted from the booking payment and
statements issued to clients at the end of each month.
Issuing your clients with booking conditions, directions and
arrival instructions. Maintaining telephone or email contact
with your clients from the first enquiry until they leave for
Spain. We will provide details on how everything works, where to
dispose of rubbish, informing them of house rules and giving
information on local restaurants, local attractions etc. All
administrative tasks pertaining to the above. Provide Welcome
packs, Cot and High chair (if required and at additional
costs) for your guests. Our telephone number will be left with
the guests in case of emergency and they will be able to contact
us at any time.
People are more
likely to look after your property if they feel you have gone to
a lot of trouble to make them feel comfortable and welcome.

Our
Advertising Package
Perfect for an owner starting with the exciting vacation rental
process. Our fee includes the services of helping with entering
all the data and information needed for our web site. Up to 8
pictures will be shown per property. Contact and inquiry
information will be sent via Email. An Availability Calendar
will be created for your property.

Forward the wording and rental rates you want included in your
advertisement by email, and we do the rest. Photographs
When sending your text also forward 8 photographs of your
property. Either send them as attachments to your text email or
as separate emails. A point to note is that each photograph
needs to be sent as a JPEG file. Don't worry if you are not
certain what to do, give us a call and we will try to help. If
you don't have the benefits of a digital camera or scanner, we
can accept original photographs by post, scan these to create
JPEG files, and return the originals to you. We have to make a
nominal charge of £30 for this extra work and the return
postage.

the problems from the last time you were here
Premier Villas in-house cleaning and maintenance services are
tailored to suit the needs of owners/family/friends or clients.
We can supply you with villa pre-cleans, end-cleans, laundry
service for owners' own linen, we can even steam clean all
mattress' and upholstery once a month, welcome food packs, extra
maid service, courtesy calls, maintenance calls, in fact any
service you require. We can provide 24 hour emergency callout
cover, and assistance in any emergency situation.
We pride
ourselves on the uniquely tailored package that we offer to give
you 100% control over your property, whether you rent out on a
professional basis or just have family and friends to stay.
At Premier Villas we only employ professionally trained
individuals to care for your swimming pool and garden. We can
maintain your garden on a monthly contract basis. Offering
competitive, tailored pricing to suit each individual garden.
Whether you are looking for twice a month or weekly garden
maintenance for weeding, hedge cutting and weed spraying, we can
arrange a package to suit your requirements. In fact anything
you require for your garden to look it's stunning best for your
enjoyment!
Premier Villas Pool Maintenance Team are trained to a
high standard in order to care for your swimming pool. All pools
are individually priced on a yearly contract basis and include
all chemicals. The yearly pool contract consists of twice weekly
pool cleaning during the busy Summer months, May to September,
and weekly pool cleaning visits during the Winter months,
October to April. The chemical levels of the pool are closely
monitored and adjusted according to maintain a safe and
sanitised swimming environment.
Airport Transfers and Meet- Greet
It is often quite a nerve racking experience driving in another
country, especially if you do not know the area, so we would
arrange to pick up your guests from Alicante or Murcia airports,
and transfer them to your property. We can then arrange local
car hire at reasonable rates, or return them to the airport at
the end of their stay. (This service should be confirmed at
least 4 weeks before departure and we can accommodate up to 6
guests at a time).
