Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, for longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, Please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 60 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.

This villa is ideally situated for golfers, families and couples that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 5 minutes from 3 Championship Golf Courses, 30 minutes from Murcia airport or 40 minutes from Alicante. The villa is in a quiet location and away from main roads. 10 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.
Three Bedroom villa on a large corner plot situated in a peaceful residential area of Avalon near the exclusive Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor Golf Courses just outside Torrevieja on Spain's Costa Blanca. With communal swimming pool, car parking garden and sun lounging areas. Suitable for families, couples and golfers

This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. 3 championship Golf Courses within 5 minutes drive from this property. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

Accommodation consists of:

Ground Floor

In the main area of the Air- Conditioned Villa you will find spacious lounge area which is equipped with a 2 seater and 3 seater settees, coffee table, TV with UK channels,  dining area with table and chairs. Quality furniture is used throughout.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Bedroom with two single beds, bedside cabinet.

Bathroom with shower, WC and wash hand basin.

First Floor

Air- Conditioned Master bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobe.

Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds bedside cabinet and built-in wardrobe. Furnished to the highest quality.

Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.

Door out to sun terrace and stairs up to roof terrace.

Outside

Front sun terrace with table and chairs, off road parking and garden area. Sun terrace one on the first floor and stairs up to the Roof terrace.

Large Communal Pool is just a 2 minute walk from this property.

Close by and well within 10 minute walk there are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. The villa is ideally located for Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas Golf courses.

The Villamartin plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature mosaics is a picturesque square with a wonderful collection of cafes, bars, restaurants and bowling alley to suit all tastes, and is also home to a family of parakeets. Large Supermarket approx 8 minutes away. A popular local market is held on Saturdays - again within 10 minute drive of this property, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

Within 5 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses Villamartin  which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities.  Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor  which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap
and within 10 minute drive  from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 30 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!

Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive from this property.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Further details and prices can be had on 966 63 82 88.

Located in Benidorm, which is 60-minute drive, enjoy one of the most beautiful and fun theme parks in the world. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill rides and rides for the little ones. Come and have some fun at Terra Mitica or visit the water park at Aqualandia
