Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 60 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.

This 3-bedroom Villa is situated in the beautiful setting of Cabo Roig, referred to as the jewel of the southern Costa Blanca making it ideal for golfing breaks or beach holiday. Cabo Roig is an exclusive residential area comprising of mainly luxurious villas, to which there is only 1 road entrance therefore no through traffic makes for a quiet setting. The Villa is part of the Los Anguis III community is situated in mature gardens of a residential development overlooking the swimming pool and benefits from two south-facing terraces (one shady, the other in full sun), situated in a no through road and is well established within Cabo Roig.

It has well maintained beautiful gardens and pathways and communal pool with showers on the doorstep. Within 20 minutes drive of Murcia Airport and 45 minutes of Alicante Airport Cabo Roig lies 8km south of Torrevieja town. Restaurants and the supermarket are a short walk away, the area benefits from the facilities of an area known locally as "The Strip" which features numerous modern, child-friendly bars, restaurants, large supermarkets, small shops and banks, which are all within easy walking distance.

There are 2 EEC blue flag beaches, both sandy, within 5 minutes walk, the southern one situated in a protective cove with a small marina and overlooked by a renowned sea food restaurant. The beaches have beach bars where you can obtain snacks and refreshments.

There are local activities for all the family including horse riding, go-karting, scuba diving and sea fishing. Close by is the Orihuela Costa Resort leisure complex with its superb facilities including large pool, tennis courts, gymnasium, and sauna, bars and restaurant

Buses are available regularly during the day to Torrevieja, which is a lively town with its street markets and resident funfair, cosmopolitan shops and restaurants.

There are seven internationally acclaimed golf courses within easy reach ideal for golfing breaks. Green fees tend to cost around thirty pounds and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Club de Golf Villamartin, Las Ramblas de Orihuela, and Real Club de Golf Campoamor. Are all within easy reach (10-min drive). La Manga is 30 minutes away.

Accommodation consists of:

Ground Floor

In the main area of the villa you will find spacious lounge area equipped with two settees, coffee table TV with UK channels , Hi-Fi, radio, cassette/CD player. To the rear, you will find a spacious dining area with table and 6 chairs. This area also contains a large cupboard, with sun beds, and room for suitcases.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and espresso maker. . All utensils,  crockery, cutlery and barbeque tools are on hand as you would expect.

Second bathroom with shower, WC and wash hand basin. This is ideal for showering as you come in from the pool.

First Floor

Three bedrooms, Air- Conditioned Master bedroom with king - size bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. From the master bedroom you have direct access to the  sun terrace with table and chairs.

Bedroom 2, is equipped with two single beds and built-in wardrobe, view overlooking the communal pool.

Bedroom 3, is equipped with two single beds and built-in wardrobe, sun terrace with table and chairs.

The main bathroom has a shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin. .

Outside

The Communal Pool is just outside the back door of this Villa.

Close by and well within 10 minute walk there are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment.

The Villamartin plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature mosaics is a picturesque square with a wonderful collection of cafes, bars, restaurants and bowling alley to suit all tastes, and is also home to a family of parakeets. Large Supermarket approx 5 minutes away. A popular local market is held on Saturdays - again within 5 minute drive of the Villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

The location of this villa is perfect for a great family holiday. Two communal swimming pools and children's paddling pools and within a ten minute drive you have the choice of four golf courses or the lovely sandy beaches of La Zenia & Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca.

Within 10 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses Villamartin  which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities.  Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor  which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap
and within 10 minute drive  from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 30 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!

Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive from this property.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Further details and prices can be had on 966 63 82 88.
