Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 60 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.

This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non-golfers alike and only 5 minutes from A37 motorway. Set amongst the orange & lemon groves of Los Montesinos the scent from the blossoms fills the air. There is a communal pool just outside the Villa.

With beaches, water sports, Tennis Club, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all within 15 minute drive. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. Opposite La Finca Golf Course and 4 more championship Golf Courses within 15 minutes drive from this property making it the ideal location for a golfing holiday. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year.

There are two cities within 40 minutes drive - Alicante to the north is one of the most well-known towns along the Costa Blanca, with it's wonderful boulevard, with palm trees and long alleys for nice relaxing walks and shopping. Alicante is starting point for thousands of tourists every year. Famous for its excellent weather, miles of sandy beaches and with many historical buildings around the entire city. Alicante offers countless sightseeing attractions, from cathedrals to churches and of course a wonderful harbour area. The city invites you to take a trip along the coast or to the wonderful island of Tabarca. Additionally to sightseeing, directly from the harbour area a long wide sandy beach leads its way up to San Juan. Just drop your towel in the sand and enjoy a wonderful day at the sun.

Torrevieja is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet, market and funfair. There are restaurants by the sea and a new development with Hypermarket, Bowling, Cinema, Amusements and a selection of restaurants just outside. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where Trips to Alicante (promenade), Elche (park of palms), Murcia (Gardens, theatre), Cartagena (Roman settlement), Mar Menor (inland sea), La Manga and hiking in the mountains are all within an hours drive on modern roads with little traffic.

This Ground floor apartment is only five minutes from the Algorfa (La Finca) Golf course and ten minute drive from Algorfa and Los Montesinos where you will find a varied selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The town of Torrevieja itself is just 15 minutes drive away, with Guardamar and Ciudad Quesada even nearer.. The towns have a number of bars, restaurants, clubs, shops etc. Plus lovely promenades, several beaches, street markets and a marina

GROUND FLOOR

In the main area of this Air- Conditioned villa you will find dining area with table and 6 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with settee, TV with UK channels, CD player and Ceiling fans. Quality furniture is used throughout.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, dish washer, microwave, oven and hob. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

There are two Air- Conditioned Bedrooms both equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinets with bedside lamps, built-in wardrobes and Ceiling fans the second bedroom also has it’s own sun terrace.

15 minute drive you have the choice of some of the lovely sandy beaches of La Marina & Guardamar on the Costa Blanca.

La Finca Golf Course is within 5 minutes drive where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, Villamartin Las Ramblas and Campoamor and within 15 minute drive  from this property.

Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 35 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!

Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 5 minute drive from this property.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Further details and prices can be had on 966 63 82 88.
